Challenge: Streamline technology for one of the country's largest banks. The Axis Client Connections team were tasked with uniting two business units that consisted of over 2000 advisors, 2 000 bankers and millions of records of disparate data.
Solution: A custom-built, collaborative CRM system, complete with a support "dashboard". The Axis team performed :
- Voice of the customer
- Developed personas, scenarios, UI design, workflow, visual design and information architecture.
- Documentation of fields and entitlements, business requirements and use cases
- Extensive data migration testing
- Performance, network and load testing
- Deployment support and Requirement specifications for new releases
